How To Burn Belly Fat

How to burn belly fat is the one area of the body, which is the most problematic.  Trying to burn fat quick in this area is not as easy as some people will lead you to believe.
Burn stomach fat;  First of all you need to realize that doing sit ups and other types of ab work outs will definitely strengthen your stomach muscles, but you will not see them, you will still have fat around your middle.  Doing this type of spot exercising is not the answer for burning belly fat.
No matter how much searching you do, the answer will always be the same.  How to burn belly fat is about a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water and exercise.
Although, you don’t need to do hours of cardio and sit ups until you are red in the face to burn stomach fat.  It has been discovered that exercising less yet more frequently can help.
In other words, instead of doing a 1 hour or 1/2 hour workout, aim to do about four 10 minute moderate to high intensity workouts throughout the day.  This is a great way of burning belly fat, if you have a lot of time on your hands.
I find drinking 2 big glasses of water first thing in the morning before I have my breakfast helps.  Of course don’t skip this important first meal of the day, as studies show that skipping breakfast can actually make your metabolism slower, and you are more inclined to put on weight.

- Eat more protein and fiber foods, your body will burn more calories when you do.
 - Don’t drink too much alcohol.
- Don’t have late night snacks.
- Add hot spices to your meals such as; extra hot cayenne pepper and spicy mustard.
- Have your hormones checked, if they are out of whack you will struggle, trying to burn belly fat.
- Drink green tea, you can burn up to 40% more calories a day.
- Include vitamin E, zinc, copper, iodine.
- Eat an organic apple a day.
- Make sure you get enough sleep eat night.
1. Breathing correctly can help, so check your breathing and notice if you are doing it incorrectly.  Also check your posture and make sure you are standing straight.  If not, then exercises aimed at strengthening your core muscles and back, this will help you burn stomach fat.
Weight training can help you burn fat quick, at least a bit quicker then just walking, as will working out first thing in the morning before you eat breakfast.
