You can even apply kefir milk to your face, first cleanse your skin, pat dry, apply the milk and allow to dry. This is a great way of helping give you a smooth, radiant complexion.
How to make  kefir yourself can easily be done, or you can purchase it from any health food stores.
Making Kefir
  • You will need 1 glass jar to hold at least 500ml.
  • 1 tablespoon kefir culture.
  • Cows, goat or sheep milk.
Put culture in jar and fill about 2 thirds with milk, place a cloth over the top of jar and then put on lid.  Allow to sit at room temperature for around 24 hours.   If you want it thinner and sweeter, allow to sit for around 12 hours.
When finished, stir and strain into a clean glass jar.
You can buy kefir culture starter kits online or health food stores.
